Integration policy
We contribute to society by developing, producing, and selling automated and labor-saving equipment, etc. In order to create a company that is indispensable to the world, we construct and operate a suitable “Integrated Management System,” develop business activities that satisfy legal regulations and other requirements, and persist as a high-end corporation that provides products with high levels of customer satisfaction thanks to the continuous improvement of our management systems.
- We set quality and environmental objectives and goals appropriate to our company’s scale, and conduct activities to achieve these. We work to periodically review quality and environmental objectives and goals, which helps us to continuously make overall improvements to our Integrated Management System.
- We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances concerning quality, as well as any other requirements to which we agree.
- In our company’s business activities and product and service fields, we incorporate the following activities that prioritize quality and the environment into our guidelines for our actions, and provide products that are highly satisfying to customers. At the same time, all our employees work as one to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
Guidelines for activities that prioritize quality
1. Adhere to rules for work
=> Establish and adhere to effective work “Rules,” and continuously make improvements.
2. Build quality into processes
=> Establish quality goals in each process, execute policies to facilitate achievement of these goals, and establish a corporate character that builds quality into processes.
3. Do not ship products that do not meet acceptable criteria
=> Establish a system under which products that do not meet customer requirements are not shipped under any circumstances.
