- Originally part of the Vending Machines Business Division of Takamisawa Denki Seisakusho in Koyama, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Takamisawa Cybernetics Co., Ltd is established as an independent company. At the same time, the Osaka Office opens as an operations center, and began selling devices such as ticket vending machines.

- Company headquarters moves to Nishiokubo, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
- November 1970
- Everything from the Vending Machine Manufacturing Department (now Nagano 2nd Factory) through to sales is transferred from Takamisawa Denki Seisakusho to Takamisawa Cybernetics Co., Ltd., which becomes a manufacturing and sales company. At the same time, Takamisawa Denki Service, the Warranty Service Department of Takamisawa Denki Seisakusho, becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of our company, and its name changes to Takamisawa Cybernetics Service (now Takamisawa Service Corporation).

- The Fukuoka Office opens.
- December 1988
- Nagano 3rd Factory is established at Usudamachi, Minamisaku District, Nagano Prefecture (now Saku City, Nagano Prefecture).

- Asama Electronics (now Takamisawa Mex Co., Ltd.), a manufacturer and seller of electronic devices, is founded, with 60% equity participation by our company.
- December 1993
- The company headquarters relocates to Chuo, Nakano-ku, Tokyo
- March 1995
- Takamisawa Mex Co., Ltd. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of our company.
- October 1996
- The Takasaki Office opens.
- October 1996
- The Technical Building is established on the premises of the Nagano 3rd Factory as a center for research and development.
- October 1996
- Shares in our company are registered to the Japan Securities Dealers Association as OTC shares.
- October 2002
- Office buildings and grounds are acquired to facilitate the consolidation of technology departments into a Head Office district.
- April 2003
- ISO14001 (international standard for environmental management) certification is obtained for the 1st and 3rd Nagano Factories.
- December 2004
- Registration of shares as OTC shares with the Japan Securities Dealers Association is cancelled, and shares are listed with JASDAQ Securities Exchange, Inc.
- March 2006
- ISO9001 (international standard for quality management systems) certification is obtained for the Head Office and No.1 and No.3 Nagano factories.
- April 2010
- Shares are listed with the Osaka Stock Exchange (JASDAQ Market) following the merger of JASDAQ Securities Exchange, Inc. and the Osaka Stock Exchange.
- September 2010
- The Shanghai Office opens (Shanghai, China).
- July 2013
- Shares are listed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ (Standard) following the merger of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Osaka Stock Exchange.
- July 2015
- Takamisawa Solutions Co., Ltd. is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of our company.
- March 2017
- A new building is constructed on the grounds of the Nagano 3rd Factory.
